Product Delivery & Return Policy (প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি & রিটার্ন পলিসি )

০১. আপনারা আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট অনলাইন এ অর্ডার করতে পারেন বা আমাদের অফিস থেকে কালেক্ট করতে পারেন ।

01. You can order our products online or collect from our office.

০২. অফিস টাইম ৭.০০PM to ১০.০০PM এবং অফিস এড্রেস 83,Laboratory Rd,K J H Manshion, Dhaka 1205.

02. Office Time 7.00PM to 10.00PM and Office Address 83,Laboratory Rd,K J H Mansion, Dhaka 1205.

০৩. অনলাইন অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করার জন্য  আমরা পেপারফ্লাই ব্যবহার করি, ঢাকার ভিতরে 70/- টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে 130/-টাকা । ( নারায়ণগঞ্জ এবং গাজীপুর এ ১০০/- টাকা )

03. We use Paperfly for online order delivery, 70/- inside Dhaka, 130/- outside Dhaka. (Tk. 100/- in Narayanganj and Gazipur)

০৪. প্রমোশন এর জন্য আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে 70/- টাকা নিই, বাকিটা আমরা দিয়া দেই । ১ লিটারের বেশি হলে খরচ বেড়ে যাবে। কুরিয়ার ফি 70/- টাকা অ্যাডভান্স পে করতে হবে, কারণ অনেক প্রতারক আছে অর্ডার দেবার পরে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করে না ।

04. We charge 70/- all over Bangladesh for promotion, we give the rest. If more than 1 liter, the cost will increase. Courier fee 70/- should be paid in advance, because there are many fraudsters who do not receive the product after placing the order.

05. Actual courier fee to be paid during the Extra Discount Promotional Offer period.

0৬. প্রোডাক্ট টি PAPERFLY এর মাধ্যমে হাতে পাবার পরে প্রোডাক্ট পছন্দ নাহলে পরেরদিন ব্যাক করে দিতে পারবেন, তবে যোথযুক্ত কারণ থাকতে হবে । ফেরত পাঠানোর পূর্বে অবশ্যই আমাদের নম্বর ০১৮৪৪-১২১২১২ অথবা অনলাইন সাপোর্ট টীম এর সাথে কন্ফার্ম হতে হবে ।

06. After receiving the product through PAPERFLY, if you do not like the product, you can return it the next day, but there must be a valid reason. Must confirm with our number 01844-121212 or online support team before sending back.

০৭. যথাপোযুক্ত কারণ ছাড়া যেমন ( ভালো লাগছেনা , আমি নিবো না , আমার মন চাইতাছে না ইত্যাদি ) ফেরত দিতে চাওয়া প্রোডাক্ট এর সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার ফী কাস্টমার কে বহন করতে হবে ।

07. The customer must bear the full courier fee of the product to be returned without valid reasons such as (I don’t like it, I don’t take it, I don’t want it, etc.).

০৮. ফেরত দিতে চাওয়া প্রোডাক্ট এর গায়ের QR কোড এবং VOID স্টিকার নষ্ট করা যাবে না । QR কোড এবং VOID স্টিকার নষ্ট করা হলে প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত যোগ্য নয় ।

08. The QR code and VOID sticker on the product to be returned cannot be destroyed. Product is not returnable if QR code and VOID sticker is destroyed.

০৯. ফেরত দিতে চাওয়া প্রোডাক্ট এর গায়ের QR কোড fill-up করে submit করা যাবে না । যদি QR কোড fill-up করে submit করে ফেলেন এবং VOID স্টিকার ঠিক থাকে তাহলে প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত দিতে পারবেন কিন্তু QR কোড Reissue charge ৫০০/- টাকা কাটা হবে। কারণ QR কোড খুব সেনসেটিভ বিষয় ।

09. The QR code of the product to be returned cannot be filled up and submitted. If you fill-up the QR code and submit it and the VOID sticker is correct then you can return the product but the QR code reissue charge will be 500/-. Because QR code is very sensitive subject.

১০. কোনো কাস্টমার যদি মনে করেন PRODUCT নকল, সেক্ষত্রে আপনি PRODUCT নিয়ে চ্যালেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন । নকল প্রমান করতে পারলে ১০,০০০/- টাকা রিওয়ার্ড দেয়া হবে কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে ।

10. If any customer thinks the PRODUCT is fake, then you can challenge the PRODUCT. A reward of 10,000/- will be given by the company if you can prove the fake.

১১. পণ্য নকল এই ধরনের মিথ্যা দোষারোপ করে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত দেয়া যাবে না । সেই ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত প্রমান লাগবে । কারণ এতে আমাদের কোম্পানি “MototechBD ” এবং MOTUL এর অফিসিয়াল বিসনেস পার্টনার “Moto Industries Limited” সুনাম ক্ষুন্ন হয় ।

11. No product shall be returned under such false accusation of counterfeit product. In that case proper evidence will be required. Because it tarnishes the reputation of our company “MototechBD” and MOTUL’s official business partner “Moto Industries Limited”.

১২. কেন পণ্য গন্তব্য স্থানে পৌঁছানোর পর গ্রাহক পণ্যটি গ্রহণ না করলে, অগ্রিম 70/- ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

12. Advance 70/- is non-refundable if the customer does not accept the product after reaching the destination.
